We also believe in, strive for, and promote to our clients the goal of 100% accident-free work environments. Safety starts with an inspection of our client’s site and continues throughout our offices, each of which is equipped with a Safety Advisor and training rooms dedicated to safety instruction.
Each Continental employee goes through safety training prior to placement with a client. Since continued education is just as important as our initial Safety Awareness Training, Continental requires that our employees continue to participate in Continental’s safety courses. We also open these classes to our clients’ employees to help foster the safety culture in our business partnership.
